In our efforts for continuous improvement of our processes and the things we do for our customers, we sent a Customer Satisfaction Survey to all of our customers in April of this year.  Here are the results.....

In our efforts for continuous improvement of our processes and the things we do for our customers, we sent a Customer Satisfaction Survey to all of our customers in April of this year.   This short survey had 5 questions and a space for comments about Quality, Delivery, Pricing, Customer Service and Overall Experience that allowed our customers to rate Zip Fastener Products, Inc.   Each category allowed ratings of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.   On average we scored a 4.6, with many of our customers rating us at the highest level of 5 in several or all categories with many good comments.

We plan to use these comments and data to improve our processes.  Comments made and averaged results are below.

Quality:  Well made, Right to spec, Parts are always as requested

Delivery:  On time, Continues to improve, weekly updates are helpful

Pricing:  Very competitive

Customer Service:  Quick return/response, Always helpful, Continue to improve on order confirmations

Overall:  Very pleased, Very satisfied, Keep up the great work, Doing a great job for us, Communication of issues in advance is appreciated
